Over the span of 26 years Mr. Hadiran Sridjaja has been involved with various successful projects and joint ventures in the Intermediate and Specialty Chemical Market. Under the leadership of Mr. Sridjaja, the family business has also expanded into other areas including oil palm plantations and other natural resources in Indonesia.
He graduated from University of Southern California with a major in Chemical Engineering.
Riaz Saiyed
Commissioner
Mr. Riaz is an established Human Resources professional with over 22 years of work experience in HR leadership roles in India, South East Asia, and Middle East. His work profile has spanned diverse industries like Oil & Gas, EPC Projects, Manufacturing, Engineering, Chemical, and Pharmaceutical sectors. His work traversed not only in regular HR functions but also covered policy-making roles in Corporate Functions.
He graduated from Singapore Management University with a Master’s Degree in Human Capital Leadership along with CIPD Level – 7 Advanced Certification.

Hendro Waskito
President Director
Mr. Waskito is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Pandita group. He is also a member of the Board of Commissioners, as well as on the Board of Directors of our other subsidiaries. He served as CEO of several of our subsidiaries since 2008. He has more than 32 years of rich experience in the Manufacturing of Chemicals and Petrochemicals sector.
He graduated from the Bandung Institute of Technology with a degree in Chemical Engineering.
Paulus Harjono
Director
Mr. Paulus is the Director of the Pandita group. He is also the Chief Executive Officer in Tridomain group. Prior join the group, he served as the President Director in a multi finance company and several management position in Salim group , Sinarmas group and Royal Golden Eagle group for almost 22 years
He graduated from the Tarumanagara University majoring in Accounting and earned his Master of Management Degree in Newport University and several executive development program in INSEAD and Asian Institute of Management.
